As a follow-up to my post Facts on Influenza A (H1N1) or formerly known as Swine Flu, here’s a very useful illustration regarding the symptoms of this pandemic disease. Always remember that the best protection is prevention rather than cure. So always eat a healthy balanced diet, proper exercise and healthy living. No matter how pandemic this disease is, it will have no effect if you have a very healthy body. And don’t forget to add prayers, of course.
